What is full-blood Wagyu?

Cattle with 100% Japanese Wagyu genetics and no crossbreeding. Most "American Wagyu" is a Wagyu-Angus cross. Ours is full-blood, from South Louisiana.

Where do you deliver?

Anywhere in Louisiana. Free shipping on orders of $150 or more, $24.99 flat below that, and subscriptions always ship free.

How is it packed?

Vacuum-sealed, frozen, in an insulated box with dry ice or gel packs. It keeps up to 6 months in the freezer.

Why are some weights "about"?

Everything is cut and weighed by hand, so packs vary a little. Tomahawks are sold by weight: you pick the exact steak and see its exact weight and price.
